Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Petals of Walton, we personally deliver all of our flowers using our own man-and-van delivery service, ensuring your order arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to Walton and surrounding areas. All deliveries are handled by our experienced team, allowing us to take great care with each arrangement from our shop to its destination.

Delivery charges and available delivery areas will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within the selected delivery date and time window where possible. While we always do our best to meet requested times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For funeral flowers, we work closely with families and funeral directors to ensure timely and respectful delivery.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before a specified cut-off time, subject to availability. Please contact us directly if you require urgent delivery.

Recipient Availability

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may:

• Leave the flowers in a safe place (if appropriate), or

• Attempt to contact the recipient or sender for further instructions

If redelivery is required, an additional charge may apply.

Incorrect Details

Please ensure delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Care & Responsibility

Once flowers have been delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for flowers once they have been safely delivered.
