At Petals of Walton, we personally deliver all of our flowers using our own man-and-van delivery service, ensuring your order arrives fresh, on time, and in perfect condition.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to Walton and surrounding areas. All deliveries are handled by our experienced team, allowing us to take great care with each arrangement from our shop to its destination.
Delivery charges and available delivery areas will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within the selected delivery date and time window where possible. While we always do our best to meet requested times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For funeral flowers, we work closely with families and funeral directors to ensure timely and respectful delivery.

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may:

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Petals of Walton, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers and want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you are not completely happy with your flowers, we’re here to help.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within two working days of receiving your flowers, providing details and, where possible, a photograph. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and put things right as quickly as possible, whether that’s a replacement or another suitable solution.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for flowers that have not been cared for according to the care instructions provided.
